7:30-8:00 Registration  
8:00-9:30 Decision-making and patient evaluation in airway management  
9:30-9:45 Break  
9:45-11:15
  • Aids to direct laryngoscopy
  • Preparation for awake intubation
  • Indirect vision-aided intubation (e.g., fiberoptic, video laryngoscopes)
  • Minimally invasive techniques of intubation
 
11:15-11:30 Break  
11:30-13:30
  • Supraglottic rescue airways (e.g., laryngeal masks and others)
  • Intubation after supraglottic airway rescue
  • Transtracheal jet ventilation
  • Percutaneous cricothyrotomy
  • Extubation of the difficult airway
 
13:30-14:00 Lunch
